Orders
Your order is confirmed once we confirm it on WhatsApp. If an item is out of stock, we'll tell you and offer an alternative or cancel that item.
Prices
All prices are in Kenya shillings (KSh). Flash-sale prices apply only while the sale is running. If we list a price in error, we'll contact you before processing the order.
Payment and delivery
See our delivery and payment page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

Using our products
Follow the directions on each product and patch-test new skincare before full use. Our product information is general advice, not medical advice. For a skin condition, see a doctor or dermatologist. Our eyewear is fashion eyewear, not prescription eyewear.
Gift vouchers and referral rewards
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The refer-a-friend reward of KSh 200 off applies to the new customer's first order and the referrer's next order. It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other referral rewards on the same order.
