Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every skincare product we sell is genuine and arrives sealed. If a seal is broken when your order arrives, don't accept it. Message us and we'll replace it.
How fast is delivery in Nairobi?
Orders confirmed before 2 pm are delivered the same day. Delivery costs KSh 300 and is free on orders over KSh 3,000.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, to any town in Kenya by courier in 24–48 hours. We confirm the courier fee on WhatsApp before you pay.
How do I pay?
In Nairobi, pay with M-Pesa on delivery. Outside Nairobi, pay with M-Pesa before we dispatch your parcel.
Can I return something?
Wrong, damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded if you tell us within 48 hours. Unopened skincare and unworn eyewear can be exchanged within 7 days. See our returns and exchanges page for the details. Returns and exchanges.
Which products are right for my skin?
Start with our skincare-by-concern section or a ready-made 3-step routine. Not sure? Send us your skin type and main concern on WhatsApp and we'll recommend a routine for free.
Can I use vitamin C and niacinamide together?
Yes, most people can use both. If your skin feels tingly, use vitamin C in the morning and niacinamide at night.
Can I use retinol during the day?
No. Use retinol at night only, start 2–3 nights a week, and always wear sunscreen in the day.
Are the sunglasses prescription glasses?
No. Our frames are fashion eyewear. The clear half-rim frames have clear fashion lenses. For prescription lenses, take the frame to an optician.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Vouchers of KSh 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000 are sent by WhatsApp and are valid for 6 months.
How does refer-a-friend work?
When a friend you refer places her first order, you both get KSh 200 off. She just mentions your name when she orders on WhatsApp.
Do you have a physical shop?
We're an online boutique based in Nairobi. Order on the website or on WhatsApp and we'll deliver to you.
